Gather offers and counteroffers in one shared process. Keep a record of discussions and decide whether to proceed: the AI will not accept an offer on your behalf.

You can choose multiple profiles with the same account. The letting plan costs €59 per month and the seller plan €99 per month, including VAT, per property.

The answers you need, straight away.
The seller plan costs €99 per month, including VAT, for one property, and renews monthly until cancelled. All additional services are charged separately, only after you approve them. We do not charge a percentage of the sale price. Notary, technical, tax and other property transaction costs are separate.
